CA Identity Manager CA Identity Suite

Issue/Introduction

The snapshot completes successfully however receive the following error when generating the reports:

No records available

For certain reports Error: No snapshot found is received.


Error in logs: ERROR [com.ca.identitymanager.imrexport.object.IMReportingHelper] (Thread-13062) Property xxxxx doesn't exist for type Policy on endpoint type xxxxxxx

Environment

Release: 14.1, 14.2, 14.3


Component: CA Identity Manager

Resolution

Associate the snapshot with the report task


Navigate to:


  1. Roles and Tasks
  2. Expand Admin Tasks
  3. Modify Admin task
  4. Search *User Roles Report* and Select user roles report.  Once the radio button is selected, press the blue select button on the right of the screen


Navigate to the 'Tabs' tab



Associate the captured snapshot with the report (To do this click the pencil as shown in the screen below)
