Siebel Endpoint Creation Failed

Issue/Introduction

The "Oracle Siebel" Endpoint creation fails in CA Identity Manager (IM) User Console with error: Connector Server Add Failed code 1:  (OPERATIONS ERROR)

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Cause

This is caused by incorrect configuration settings.
