Issue/Introduction

Got the error "The oid is not supported" in self certification wizard on step "select object id".

Environment

Self Certification portlet for snmpcollector probe

Resolution

"The oid is not supported" message just indicates there is no OID available in the selected device.
Please make sure the selected OID is available in the selected device.
