Once the views are restored, they are no longer stored anywhere in the application. The only three options to recover them are to either:
1. Restore the database from a backup OR
2. XOG in the views from another environment that still has them in their previous state
3. Migrate the views from another environment using Content Package feature
Note: Inserting the views with SQL is high risk for database corruption and not supported.
This refers only to custom views, not user views, those are not recoverable
