Issue/Introduction

Looking at Work Load Manager / WLM for VIEW related tasks, how should they be prioritized?

Environment

Release : 11.5, 12.1

Component : CA Output Management Web Viewer

Resolution

Working from an assumption that the priority order from highest to lowest being: 

SYSSTC 

STCHI 

STCMD 

STCOTH 

Generally, ENF and any CCI jobs below it should be running at SYSSTC, which is normally where TCP/IP is running. DRAS and View jobs will do best at STCHI, but if one of them is not allowed there, then the other should also be in the same level. If using CICS to access CA View, that application should be running the same as CICS.
