UMP: List Viewer Portlet doesn't retain content

Issue/Introduction

I created a List Viewer and opened a saved view.  In the past, when I have created these, the same view comes up next time I log in, but I have to repeat this every time.

Environment

Release: 8.51

Component : UIM - UMP

Cause

- change in UMP/List Viewer behaviour from past versions

Resolution

1. Select the dashboard/page in  UMP

2. Click on the wrench icon > Preferences

3. Choose the List View from the drop down list

4. Save it.

5. Now the List View will fully render and update automatically when the page is chosen
