Issue/Introduction
After upgrade, performance degradation on MSSQL, due to CMN_CAPTIONS_NLS
We found we need to add 2 new columns (PK_ID and NAME) to index CMN_CAPTIONS_NLS_N3
Resolution
This is logged as DE49878 MSSQL - Performance degradation using CMN_CAPTIONS_NLS, new index needed
