UIM OC/UMP Dashboard Designer fails to load after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Unable to open Dashboard Designer after upgrade 

Environment

Release :UIM 20.3/20.4

Component : OC/UMP_DASHBOARD

Resolution

• Deactivate wasp on the UMP/OC server
• Rename the C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\dashboard directory
• Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\dashboard.war
• Deploy ump_dashboard package to the OC/UMP server via IM
• Activate wasp on the OC/UMP server
