The Synchronize Agile Central job in Clarity PPM fails with the below error:
Error Occurred java.io.IOException: HTTP/1.1 401 The username or password you entered is incorrect.
Component : CA PPM APPLICATION
1. Check to make sure that the password for the Agile Integration Owner located in Clarity PPM->Administration->Project Management->Settings has a valid password and the account is active and unlocked
2. If the above doesn't help, restart the app and bg services. (SaaS customers, please contact Broadcom support for assistance)
