Issue/Introduction

The TRACWARN message was not issued for a failing job by the Jobtrac started task.

Resolution

A TRACWARN message similar to the following is issued when a job abends with a system or user abend:

*TRACWARN - JOB TESTJOB1 STEP=STEP1000 ABENDED CODE=S0C1  VER=0731.0001

The message is issue from the Jobtrac that resides on the system where the job executes.  If it appears

the the message is not being issued and Jobtrac is running on more than one LPAR at your site,  check

for the message in the joblog listing of the  Jobtrac that resides on the same system where the job actually

executed.
