If process is based on the project creation event does it behave the same if created vi UI versus XOG?

Issue/Introduction

If a new project is XOGed in and there are processed defined to start on project create, will the process kick off?  Or does the process only kick off if the project is created in the Clarity UI?

Release : 15.4.1

Component : CA PPM XML OPEN GATEWAY (XOG)

Resolution

creating project via xog does create same object create event as if you were creating it via UI
