CA PAM all versions: session recording Security layer and Encryption level

Issue/Introduction

There are [Security layer] and [Encryption level] in session information on Session Recording Viewer. For RDP recording, they are shown, such as "SSL (TLS 1.2)" and "Low". However, for Web portal recording, they are shown as "no security layer" and "no encryption" though the web portal service is defined using 443 port with https as url.

Resolution

This is working as designed.

The security layer is for RDP recordings.
The description text shows that the security layer is not used for this recording.
For Web Portal, the browser (internal or external) handles the secure connection details and our security layer is not used.
