Prerequisites for Brightside Endevor Plugin

Issue/Introduction
I am trying to set up Brightside on my PC, to access Endevor.
I'm trying to read datasets and got this error. What am I missing?

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager V18
Brightside Enterprise 2.0
Resolution
Before you can use CA Brightside CLI to interact with IBM z/OS, systems programmers and security administrators in your organization must configure IBM z/OS Management Facility (z/OSMF) on the mainframe.
Z/OSMF is the server prerequisite for Brightisde CLI.
To use Brightside Endevor plugin, site also needs to upgrade Endevor Web Services to V18.0.12, and apply SO03929 .
