Issue/Introduction

When starting Open Workbench, an error is displayed:

'npWBench.exe - System Error: The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem'.

Even after reinstalling OWB, the error still appears.

Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019.
