OPS/MVS Why is the prolog forSSMESP in CCLXRULM dataset indicating ADABASE?

Issue/Introduction

I was reviewing the member SSMESP and I see the following

However later in the code I do see a test

So is this for ESP or ADABASE or OTHER????

Resolution

The comment box and the rule header are incorrect. SSMABAS should not be referenced.   
Also, the header should be changed from:

)MSG ADAN01     

To:

)MSG ESP*

This sample rule will be corrected by a future PTF.
