Issue/Introduction

After adding 10GB to lvm3 and a new rebooting , the Virtual Machine does not returns OK, cannot mount lvm3 .

Resolution

We recreated the MOI VM and reinstalled MOI packages. Now all services are OK.

Reviewing we detected an error when adding disk area to lvm3, we added manually (via Linux commands) and not via TSO panel, probably this caused the problem. 

When recreating the VM we saw that the add and formatting of lvms was made thru TSO PANEL.
