CLARIFICATION REGARDING MSG N29X02

Issue/Introduction

Needed to clarify the situation that causes message N29X02--as the 

online help for N29X02 shows Message Explanation = None 

and System Action = None and User Action = None.

Release: 12.2

Resolution

Explained to our colleague--after talking with L2--that this message is issued

when an APPLSTAT definition already exists in NetMaster for the referred to 

VTAM application name.
