Edge Browser Trace Steps

  1. Press the F12 key to open the developer tools console or select the three dots
  2. Click the Developer Tools option
  3. Click over to the network tab within the console
  4. Click the button with an arrow inside a circle to preserve logs
  5. Navigate or have the user navigate the pages until the issue occurs and then click the Save icon
  6. Send the resulting file to the case as an attachment
