CA Access Control Windows版(以下 CA ACと略記)で特権アカウント管理においてWindows Agentless エンドポイント作成時の注意事項です。

CA AC Windows版エンタープライズ管理において特権アカウント管理でWindows Agentlessエンドポイント作成時に

WMI(Windows Management Instrumentation)インターフェースを使用してエンドポイントのサーバへアクセスします。

エンドポイントにおいてWindowsファイアーウォールが設定されている場合、現在のマニュアル記載の

WMIの直接通信するポート設定(135/TCP、動的RPCポート)の他にWMIが動作するために必要な

139/TCP,445/TCPのポートも双方向の通信許可が必要です。
