CA Access Control起動時の、policyfetcher.exeの実行状態を指定するには、下記レジストリを設定します。

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE¥SOFTWARE¥ComputerAssociates¥AccessControl¥Applications¥Policyfetcher

OperationMode

1：起動

0：停止

Unix版では、seos.iniのpolicyfetcher_enabledを変更することでこの動作の指定を行えますが、

Windows版ではpolicyfetcher_enabledと合わせて、上記レジストリを設定します。
