Issue/Introduction
Using the CA Workload Automation iDash Admin Tool the CA7 tab is greyed out/disabled.
Environment

Cause
The file PD19701125.class is not present in the IDASH_HOME directory.
Resolution
The PD19701125.class file requirement for the CA 7 feature is covered in the install steps:
CA Workload Automation iDash - 12.0 > Installing > Installation and Setup > Install iDash on Windows (step #21)
Additional Information
In the support portal DOWNLOAD MANAGEMENT section for product "CA Workload Automation iDash for CA 7" the file PD19701125.class is contained in file DVDWKSEID*.iso which is separate to the main installer file DVDWKLID*.iso.
NOTE: The DVDWKSEID*.iso file is not available via the base product "CA Workload Automation iDash".
