View - How to Upgrade from View 11.0 to 12.2

Issue/Introduction

The customer currently runs View 11.0 (out of support) and wants to upgrade to the highest release level possible. 

Environment

Release : View 12.2

Resolution

View 12.0 and Deliver 12.0 were "unlocked" so that the client could download those products., because from View 11.0, the highest next point of upgrade would be View 12.0.

From View 12.0, the client would then be able to upgrade to View 12.2, which is current. 

During an unlock, the products are available for only a small period of time, where download needs done during that window.
