To grant this right:
2. To see the portlets on the page, they would also need Instance (Portlet - View) for Risk Management.
3. If users are granted Page View/Portlet View rights at the global level then this would include all the access to these pages/portlets so they wouldn't require the instance level rights.
Tip: To search in access rights for other overview tabs such as Sponsor and Program Dashboard, you can filter by pageID of "*cop* as these contain this in their ID.
The portlets on those pages would require additional instance rights of Portlet View for each portlet using the steps below:
1. Go to Administration->Resources and click on the resource
2. From the Resource's Access Rights tab drop down, select Instance
3. Click Add
4. Select 'Portlet' from the drop down and click Next
5. Click 'Portlet View' and click Add and Continue
6. Filter for the portlet name (such as Risk Management) and check the check box next to those and click Add.
