Endevor C1G0503E error ELEMENT IS LOCKED

Issue/Introduction

Received the error  C1G0503E - ERROR ELEMENT IS LOCKED in Endevor while trying to delete an element. 

Is there a way to unlock that element from the package so it can be deleted? 

 

 

Environment

Release : 18.0 18.1

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

The only way to release the lock is to Reset the package.

After the package has been Reset, delete the element and remove the SCL for the element from the package.
