Resolution

1. Login with credentials to Symantec SiteMinder Cumulative Release Index page

2. It will redirect to Broadcom Support page

3. Locate (and click on) Siteminder Web agent 12.52 SP01 CR11

4. It will redirect to SSO WEBAGENT R12.52 SP01 CR11 [#2820] page

5. Select the file from the available list and click download button (snapshot below)
