Issue/Introduction

Where does this number come from on the Portal?

We deleted 4500 transaction from the database and a value of 2050 is showing on the Portal.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

N/A

Resolution

We do not recommend you to tweak the database.

Total Transactions is shown in Portal is the total transactions of all the active VSEs.

There are things that go on behind the scenes that do not involve the database, so it is not advised to pull reports directly from the database.

Pull reports from DevTest.

We cannot share any more information because it is proprietary.

Refer to section "Features and Functionality of the Enterprise Dashboard" in the documentation of the DevTest release you are running.
