Can't create connection thread in Linux Harvest Remote Agent

Issue/Introduction

Problem trying to open a connection to a remote agent on a Linux server.

The agent log files shows this error:

"2138949312 | 19:53:35 | Connection established.  Connection count: 1.

HAgent | 20190717 19:53:35 | ERROR: Can't create connection thread (ec = 502[PEC]).

2138949312 | 19:53:35 | Connection closed.  Connection count: 0"

Cause

This issue most probably indicates a problem on the OS to open a new thread.

Either it ran out of threads or out of memory.

Resolution

Patched the OS.

Rebooted the server.
