PHP error upgrading CA Software Asset Manager to 4.3.5

Issue/Introduction

We are running the PHP portion of the CA Software Asset Manager upgrade to version 4.3.5.

We are getting an error in IIS in the PHP Manager:

There was an error while performing this operation.

Details:

Illegal characters in path.ks.

Environment

Release : 14.1

Component : CA Asset Portfolio Management

Resolution

Run the command SET from a command prompt. Verify there are no quotes, or other unexpected characters for the variable PHPRC.
