OBS of the project is not translated in French correctly

Issue/Introduction

In the blueprint, the attribute "Department OBS" is not translated in French. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an admin user in Clarity PPM with Language and Locale both set as French.
2. Login to Clarity New User Experience with that newly created user.
3. Go to the Administration workspace of the New UX.
4. Select Blueprints and Open any one of the existing blueprints.
5. Click on the "Modifier" button to edit the Blueprint.
6. In the CHAMPS columns at the left side, all the attributes are listed.
7. Search for the attribute "Department OBS".

Expected Result: This field should have been translated in French. Actual Result: The Department OBS attribute exists in the blueprint with its English name only.

Cause

Due to DE50201.

Resolution

The Product Management team and Development team will be working to fix this in one of the upcoming releases of Clarity PPM.
