Issue/Introduction

Does Datacom Server provide any task statistics to determine how long tasks take to run?

This helps in specifying the Datacom Server TIMEOUT parameter.

Resolution

There are no task-level statistics generated by Datacom Server.

The only statistics that can be generated for connections is by using the new TRACETIME startup option (or activate with SVCOMPR). 

This was introduced by PTF  SO05095.

The TRACETIME option enhances the DSV00035I and DSV00036I connect/disconnect messages and creates additional DSV0093I messages with time information.

The only other statistics collected by Server are the summary shutdown statistics at EOJ and DB_THREADS report.
