Issue/Introduction

Where do I find the latest robot installer for my UIM version? 

Environment

Release: UIM 9.x / 20.x

 

Component: robot.exe, robot_update

Resolution

Robot installers are available in the UIM Archive. 

Console > archive > robot_exe > download the latest available from the Web Ver. 

Then deploy to the primary hub 

Go to this folder: $\Nimsoft\install\setup 
There will be:
nimsoft-robot.exe 
nimsoft-robot-x64.exe

nimsoft-robot.exe & nimsoft-robot-x64.exe are the bulk installers and are packaged in robot_exe.zip.
NimBUS robot.exe is the GUI installer, and is only available via the UIM Server install. 

 

 

Additional Information

Not every release has a standalone installer - generally we release the robot_exe with major releases, and only robot_update with minor releases.
