Issue/Introduction

CA Identity Portal integrates with CA Identity Governance (IG) to support different campaign types (ie Users, Roles, Resources, Accounts, etc.).  

Certification campaigns also support features and behaviors including Save selection, Submit selection, Approval tasks etc,

The CA Identity Portal (IP) has a Certification progress counter which shows the number of completed or pending certification campaigns.  An issue has been identified where some events are not submitted and the campaign the status bar\ numbers are not updating correctly.

Cause

This is a programmatic issue.

Resolution

CA IM Engineering has supplied a fix for this issue. Fix "HF-DE422297-20190628-0001.tgz.gpg" is available upon request from CA Broadcom Support and will be made available in the next Identity Portal Cumulative Patch (CP5 )
