Issue/Introduction
After configuring CAC successfully and trying to log into the OneClick page, you are prompted for your CAC certificate and pin. When you then enter the Spectrum username and password, it immediately shows you:
Access Denied
You are not authorized to access this tool.
Please contact you CA Spectrum Administrator if you feel you have reached this page in error.

Resolution
Edit the File: C:\win32app\Spectrum\custom\cac\config\cac-system-config
Change the above setting, clear browser cache, restart the tomcat and test the CAC Authentication. (Make sure browser should pop-up for Certificate selection and login dialog)
