Error message when viewing LAH in management console

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the LAH definitions in management console we see the following error: "Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key logicalattr.com.netegrity.ims.adapters.ConfirmPasswordHandler.sensitiveattributes" 

Environment

CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE) 14.2 and 14.3

Resolution

This issue is addressed in 14.2 CP4 and a 14.3 fix will be available in the next Cumulative Patch (CP1).
