Scheduled report emails are not getting triggered from CABI + UIM

Issue/Introduction

Created few reports in CABI and when we run the report, we are getting the data but, when the same report is scheduled to deliver via email not getting the emails.

Checked the SMTP settings and also did a telnet check. Everything looks fine from the SMTP end.

Resolution

Ensure correct data according to your environment is populated in the js.quartz.properties file on CABI server

Edit js.quartz.properties under \probes\service\wasp\webapps\cabijs\WEB-INF

Example

C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\cabijs\WEB-INF\js.quartz.properties
