A user changed UserIDs, then when logging into Web Viewer with the new id, they get a message that their password is not correct and the user name field gets changed back to their previous ID.
How do we clear the old UserID and allow use of new id.

Resolution
Likely, the browser won't let go of what's cached. Open IE11, click "File" from the menu bar, click "New Session" and then try to login with the new credentials. This worked for the customer.
