Error "Invalid connection string attribute" when test data_engine probe connection to database

Issue/Introduction

UIM New installation was successfully completed and CA_UIM database was created successfully by the installer. 

However, when I open Nimsoft Infrastructure manager I see an error connecting to database I went to the Data engine probe and did a test connection. Test connection failed with error

Release : 20.x

Probe: data_engine 

Resolution

To correct this, please open the data_engine configuration and go to the "Database" tab.

1- From IM, select the data_engine configuration and go to the "Database" tab.

2- Please edit the "parameters" section.

It should be the following if using Active Directory authentication:

parameters = Network Library=dbmssocn;Language=us_english;Integrated Security=SSPI

3- Deactivate and Activate the data_engine
