Output Management Web Viewer

Issue/Introduction

  • In the CA-Scroll output management under the Web Viewer, one report is inaccessible
  • Report > Advanced search > looking for the History reports and the when I go into there looking for the report
  • Error: User not authorized to access report.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Operating System: Windows Server

Resolution

This is not a Web Viewer problem.

If when you try to access a particular report, you get the error "Error: User not authorized to access report.," that would be beyond the control of the Web Viewer. The Web Viewer is simply echoing the message it's getting from CA View/SAR. You should go to the CA View/security administrator for your organization to ask why your ID does not have access to that report. Once that is resolved, you should be able to see the report through Web Viewer.
