Is there an automated way to pause Clarity PPM jobs?

Issue/Introduction

We have to pause jobs in the Clarity PPM application on a weekly basis while doing maintenance activity. Does CA/Broadcom have an automation script to pause the jobs?

Resolution

Unfortunately, this is not available. Note that direct database updates are not supported. To submit an enhancement requesting this capability, see KB: 18799 for details on how to log an enhancement.
