MUX Errors "Error retrieving fiscal periods" , "Could not load tasks" on SSO environment

Issue/Introduction

Multiple issues faced in MUX on SSO: 

 

Issue 1:

Roadmaps - create New Roadmap - select any period - 1 Year - enter. The Roadmap is created but there is an error:

Error retrieving fiscal periods

Same error when trying to open the created roadmaps.

No error in logs

 

 Issue 2: 

Project - Open a project - Status 

Could not load tasks

Happens on all projects

No error in logs

Resolution

This issue is caused by SSO. The SSO setup has to allow for < and > characters
