ABEND U2999 when running INST0050 with GSV2401E, GSV3403E, and GSV3405E messages

Issue/Introduction
I'm installing a new release of SYSVIEW. When I run the INST0050 job, my job fails with a U2999.
The messages in the JOBLOG are:
