Issue/Introduction

The Chassis Cards and Interfaces subview of the Cisco Chassis View in Spectrum OneClick is blank for Cisco 4506E device models

Environment

Spectrum 22.2.x, 23.3.x

Cause

The Chassis Cards and Interfaces subview of the Cisco Chassis View get the information from the cardTable and cardIfIndexTable tables in the Cisco Chassis MIB on the device.

A check on the cardTable and cardIfIndexTable tables in the Cisco Chassis mib on the device using MIB Tools shows these tables are not populated.

NOTE: This can also happen with other Cisco devices, like Cisco Catalyst for example.

Resolution

Please contact the device´s vendor since this is a problem related with the device´s MIB.
