BAcking up and restoring subscriptions OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

Under the reports tab there is a label/heading called Subscriptions

As System Admin I can see any reports that Users have created for themselves. Is there a way to backup this list and restore it?

Resolution

No. There is no utility nor function to backup/restore OM Web Viewer 12.1 Subscriptions and or Favorites.

Additional Information

Performing a complete database backup will capture the information the customer wants to preserve, along with all the other tables and lines used by OM Web Viewer 12.1.
