DSM Explorer has some missing sections, what can be wrong?

Issue/Introduction

Opening DSM Explorer directly on Domain Manager shows very few available options:

 

 

And "Evaluate Now" option in popup menu on a dynamic group is missing

 

Permission of the user are correct and even opening any remote DSM Explorer with the same user shows all options.

 

Environment

Client Automation 14 and above

Resolution

In Registry, search for the following path:


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ComputerAssociates\EGC3.0N\Plugins 


There should be a key called "ITRMAM", which should have an entry called PluginDLL pointing to "gui_am.dll":



If this key is missing, can be imported from any other working machine.
