Issue/Introduction

While updating the local model to the group model, receive Error: GRP1626. "The group model was found locked for read"

 

Environment

CA Plex 7.21. and 7.3

Resolution

1.  Close down both group and local models

2.  Go to the LOCKS subdirectory in the group model

3.  Look for a XXXX.RLK file

4.  Delete the file
