Error trying to go to next screen. (500 Server Error)

Error happens when create a VS from the Portal.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

The vsBuilderSessions/VM_VSE_2013/ folder creates bundles when you create Virtual Services from the Portal.

These bundle contain resources needed for this Virtual Service, for example a WSDL files or RR pairs.

There are cached names for these bundles in the vsBuilderSession catalog. if files are damaged or deleted or changed, VSE cannot load it, and as a result it throws this error.

Resolution

Bring down VSE.

Rename {{DEVTEST_HOME}}/vsBuilderSessions/VSE_2013 folder.

Start VSE.
