Project Dashboard filter is not working

Issue/Introduction

We are experiencing issues with filtering from the Project Dashboard (General => Dashboard => Project Dashboard).  When we enter the project dasbhoard, it displays the OBS and Project Manager fields to filter.

1) If we enter a project manager name and click filter, it moves the cursor to OBS and forces us to select an obs to before it will filter the data

2) It doesn't seem to always filter the information even when we select an OBS and Project Manager.

Resolution

The link from the Page filter to the Portlet was missing. Go to Administration->Portlet Pages and searched for Overview

page, once there you should go to Tabs and click Project Dashboard and then click on Page Filter and you should see Overview Project Filter, you need to click on Filter Mappings.
