Issue/Introduction

During a move action, we are receiving the following message: SMGR003E  OLD LEVEL LINE COUNT PLUS INSERTS MINUS DELETES DO NOT ADD UP TO THE NEW LEVEL COUNT. What would cause this and how can it be repaired?

Resolution

This indicates a corrupted element, in this particular incident it was due to the delta member being copied from another stage. The resolution is to delete the element in batch and re-add the element. If you have a recent element unload dataset, you can transfer from the unload to retain history.
