During a move action, we are receiving the following message: SMGR003E  OLD LEVEL LINE COUNT PLUS INSERTS MINUS DELETES DO NOT ADD UP TO THE NEW LEVEL COUNT. What would cause this and how can it be repaired ?

Resolution

This indicates a corrupted element. AT this site, the delta member had been copied from another stage. The resolution is to delete in batch, then add the element. If you have a recent element unload dataset, you can transfer from the unload to retain history.
