UIM Server Upgrade to 9 Service Pack 1, aka 9.10, fails at 36%

Issue/Introduction

UIM Server 9.10 upgrade/install fails at 36% with the following error captured in the uimserver_ia_install.log:

Cause

Corrupted uimserverpackages.zip

Resolution

Download the uimserverpackages.zip file again and make sure that the file can be opened without errors. rerun the setupCAUIMServer installer
