Content Transfer Environments returns an internal error

Issue/Introduction

Content Transfer Environments or oblisync returns an internal error. 

If you look in system log (T_LOG) it shows something like:

Message:[net_uri_EmptyUri] Arguments:Debugging resource strings are unavailable....

You may see a different URI error depending on your settings.

This assumes you have the Microsoft silverlight plugin installed on your browser already.

Cause

This is caused by a bad path for content transfer (oblisync).

Go to advanced settings and look under "content transfer".

There is a setting for "Content Transfer Server" which should be set to something like:

http://hostname:8180/ObliSyncApi/services/ObliSync?wsdl

Resolution

Under the content transfer path, set the correct path value.
